Ahmet and his 2 colleagues have been very accommodating as I have picked my own laminate to lay down and have helped me what to buy to have everything ready. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
