James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
