Needed a shed roof repaired after storm damage at the start of the year. Lee from 1st Class Property Care came and had a look and proposed a solution. After that work was done very quickly. Liam is a very reliable and hardworking contractor. He assisted us with design ideas for our new kitchen and completed all work to a high standard. He gave us a very competitive rate and managed all work through the really terrible December 2010 weather, which caused our kitchen delivery to be set back almost 2 weeks. During this period he managed the other building and installation work ensuring everything was ready for the kitchen delivery. Despite the kitchen only being delivered on 21 Dec he worked right through to Christmas Eve, returning the day after boxing day to complete the kitchen installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to our friends and family and will certainly consider him for any future work.

Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.
