Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. I was extremely nervous & anxious about making a choice for this work with my knowledge of the trade being zero. I definitely made the right choice! A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
