George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
They made contact quickly but I was already happy to discuss the job with another company so didnt pursue this contact.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
I gave him the keys for the property, he hasn't turned up to return the keys as work has been finished a two weeks ago.
Arranged viewing but never turned up!
