First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

Our clients are often paying for a dream or a lifestyle that they have worked hard for, we need to feel as involved in this process as possible to help them achieve their goals. Our approach is what gives us inspiration and makes this more of a passion than just a building job! We believe our clients should get to know the tradesman/people who are working on their project and not find that they are paying for a constant supply of strangers who are just on site to do a job as quickly as possible. We share a great deal of time with our clients and often their families too, we also return home to our own families and talk about the day we had at work! As we share our lives together through this time we make every effort to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. You hear many people saying that they would never do a large build again, meaning that the experience, was too stressful for whatever reason! We believe it doesn't need to be this way. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks
