Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.

My only criticism is that I was not contacted when the old ceiling was removed and more work was required to get a professional finish to the job. As a result I am having to bring in another plasterer to make the ceiling and wall meet!

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.
