I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. Ioan and his assistant did a fantastic job fitting a complete bathroom and tiling. He built a stud wall to disguise the slanted shape of the room and the outcome of the job was more perfect than we ever expected. We would definitely go to him for all future building work. Fatjon / Tony and team did a fantastic job decorating my house, getting rid of damp and giving my front garden a completely new look. They re built wonky walls, rendered them and laid some amazing tiles giving an original Victorian look. Communication was excellent and there were no surprise / hidden costs at the end.
