Jay and his team connected our garden house to the water supply and sewer network. They worked fast and did a very good job. Our terrace looks better now than before! The quote was honest for the amount of work. I really recommend them.

They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

Gareth and his team were amazing and professional throughout. He was very knowledgable regarding the options available to us. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. Gareth kept in contact with us throughout our garage renovation and even kept in touch afterwards to check everything was ok for the fitment of the garage door. We engaged Stuart and his team in 2023 to help remodel our garage into a suitable office space and gym. In all, it has cost us an additional £4.5k to rectify the issues Stuart and his team made from a poorly fitted garage door which voided the manufacturer's warranty, poorly rendered exterior, numerous snagging issues and unfinished work. I would not recommend.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
