G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Could not have been better. These guys were timely, efficient, cleaned as they went, very hard working and superb value for money. Dwain and his team did a really good job. They responded to the job post and came to do the work quickly as I needed the work doing quite urgently. They did everything I asked, and got it just right. Friendly service with a smile. Would recommend.

As someone who is fairly useless at DIY, this team is amazing. Professional and respectful all the way. They ask about every job you ask, to ensure it is up to your standard and check afterwards to see if you are happy. Overly considerate and tidy of your home. Having engaged with many people who help with 'odd jobs' these are these nicest and most qualified I have ever hired. I would a thousand percent recommend them, and trust them, without question.

Very pleased with the service provided. Turned up on time, completed the work to the timings provided, was extremely quiet and tidy, and I can't fault the finished product with my kitchen ceiling. I would definitely recommend for plastering services.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Excellent work carried out. Always in contact answering and solving any queries straight away. Great value for money. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
