David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. I've only got good things to say about Andy & Jed, the attic conversion they did is 1st class. They gave honest professional advice, were relaible and punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. All at fantastic value for money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family.
