Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

His quote was spot on and he was very reasonably priced compared to a previous gardener whose work left a lot to be desired.
