We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. I already have them lined up for another big job later in the year. Most highly recommended.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
