Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

He has a wealth of expertise in Gas, Oil, and LPG heating systems. John completed his 4-year apprenticeship with a well-established and reputable local plumbing and heating firm in Nairn up in the highlands. He then set up on his own where he built up a large reputable company with several employees of different trades but took the decision to move and set up in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire in 2011. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength. Though the company has reduced in size, the quality of workmanship remains high standard and responsive.
Hired to investigate and correct an overflow every time we were heating water. Came back again after valve replacements hadn't worked and discovered that the previous heating engineer had plumbed an expansion vessel into a multifunction valve before a non-return valve, meaning that we effectively had no expansion. Corrected this with press-fit pipework and the overflow is resolved. Cost £540.
