The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
