Dean did an absolutely fantastic job of our kitchen n utility, which was a mismatch of plaster board, old artex n plaster n exposed bricks. It is now a super smooth freshly plastered room. First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.
