Kieran did an excellent job of digging out an overgrown flower bed and rebuilding a brick retaining wall topped with coping. He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. I can certainly recommend Kieran for similar jobs.

I was contacted by many people for the rendering job I needed doing on the house but Owen from Omni Drylining stood out from the others on his approach and explanation of what the job needed. Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!
