They picked up the job very quickly so I used the first person that called, how stupid was I, overcharged me for the job at hand all rubbish left behind, the leaking toilet pipe which they replaced still leaking and are not returning to fix even after numerous txt and phone calls and charged separately for this, not happy at all

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. A good honest team of builders that transformed the property.

The grout started to crack and crumble as soon as it started to dry. I bought mapei ultracolor plus, so good quality grout. He likely did not mix correctly. Grouting in the bathroom was regrouted on top of the old grout so pieces of grout keep coming loose. Awful. I have contacted the tradesman- no response.

I had this company for the few roofing jobs and repairing the guttering. Apart from covering the chimney they did not do anything what was they were contracted for. As it was roofing jobs I could not check it. All the problems remains the same. also has to pay someone to fix the guttering as it was leaking badly. I would not recommend this company for any job. They are not trustworthy.
