Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. Lee did an fantastic job of all of the work. Exterior was painted, including downpipes and guttering; pebble dash repaired; whole exterior painted. Next was the hallway, stairs and landing, now looking like the plaster had been completely refreshed such was the attention to detail. Even stripped the bannister back to pine for me. Lounge and dining rooms were beautifully done too and colour matched perfectly to a sample of F&B colour Will get Lee back once next set of rooms ready and highly recommend!

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy.
