So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Charles took down and replaced the ceilings in two rooms and replastered the rooms for us. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained his workplan, covered the floors and windows, removed fixtures such as radiators and a fireplace surround, protected the electrics and cleaned up afterwards. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him. In fact, we have asked him to return to replaster the hall, stairs and landing.

Simon did my dormer repair for a good price, when he said he would do it, which was within the week, and left the site clean and tidy. He also took photos so I could see the work. The work was carried out in an awkward/difficult area hard to access to a high standard. Simon was responsive when contacted and easy to communicate with. I recommend him and I definitely will ask him to carry out any other roofing work should it be necessary.
