More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. Lee did an fantastic job of all of the work. Exterior was painted, including downpipes and guttering; pebble dash repaired; whole exterior painted. Next was the hallway, stairs and landing, now looking like the plaster had been completely refreshed such was the attention to detail. Even stripped the bannister back to pine for me. Lounge and dining rooms were beautifully done too and colour matched perfectly to a sample of F&B colour Will get Lee back once next set of rooms ready and highly recommend!

Howard is a lovely man. Chatty, works full days. Gave a competitive quote. However the quality of his finish was not up to the standard I was expecting. Paint in a lot of places it shouldn't have been. Poor edging and he had to return to completely repaint two walls.
