Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all
