It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

He was very open about pricing and didn't try and upsell us with materials, he was happy for us to provide as much or as little as we wanted. He was professional, polite, funny, cleaned up after himself and made us smile singing to himself.
