Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. AVOID this trader at all costs. I hired Fresh Coat Decorators in February to paint my 3-bedroom house and deeply regret this decision. Despite their assurances, unsightly ceiling patches remain visible after completion. Door paint is already peeling badly. They failed to paint agreed areas in the garage and window interiors, then completely ignored my calls and messages with photographic evidence of their incomplete work. Their craftsmanship is poor and their customer service non-existent.
