Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. And very reasonable Mason is very reliable, he arranged times to be with me, texted me to let me know when he was on his way. I found Mason to be very friendly, polite and helpful, and will definetly be recommending him to others and will no doubt contact him again when i need something doing around the house

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Tudor & Darius did a brilliant job re-decorating my 2 bed flat, moving furniture around as needed without any fuss. They work quickly and meticulously neatly & cleanly. Tudor gave good advice on what type of paint to use on my woodwork, I didn't want it to look too shiny so chose eggshell. Whilst here they also sanded and re-hung my front door to prevent it from sticking. I would definitely use them again.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Luke did an excellent job. He completed the job in the time specified and the price was extremely good. He even sealed the tops of the windows for me without charge. Luke was friendly and professional and kept everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him and his company to everyone.

I cannot rate Roy highly enough, he came and quoted on a Saturday for a start as we were under pressure to get the plastering portion of our project done. Having been let down by another company, he saved the day, not only was his price more competitive, he couldn’t do enough for us! He was able to slot his team in around us and our project. They came, were on time and tidy, knew what they were doing, efficient and professional. We’re super pleased with the look. Highly recommend to anyone else.
