Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

Dennis came round after giving me a quote, very respect full, explained the materials I would need to buy, not knowing anything about banisters or spindles, arrived on time went to get the materials started working straight away, and was finished by 5pm, did a great job with no one helping him, and the end result was perfect, thank you for transforming my stairs , that's 5 stars from me. Thank you.

Such a lovely man with the highest level of professionalism and perfection. The moment Mark called me and came out to view the work I felt instantly at peace which is rare. Jake and his team prepared and plastered our lounge, hall and guest bedroom and did an excellent job. Despite some unexpected difficulties, Jake went the extra mile to finish the job on time which we greatly appreciated, with 2 kids running around the house. We would definitely recommend him and would use him again ourselves.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

Valentin from my observation can do absolutely everything building related. Very polite and always on time to work. He kept me updated with the developments via sms, emails and calls during my busy work periods. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

Levi is a brilliant plasterer. Arrived promptly on time on the scheduled date and was extremely considerate when on the property. No damage and all flooring/surfaces were suitably covered. Extremely impressed with Levi's skill, plastering work is flawless throughout and extremely fast! Couldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team enough.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

We could unreservedly recommend this company. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Small, additional items were asked for and these were also completed at a fair cost and promptly. The person tidied up afterwards and we were really pleased by the outcome,e.g. re-plastering under the dado rail, re-plastering the ceiling on the landing and bathroom and a wall in the attic room.
