We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.
