I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

We are really pleased with the work Miles did for us. He is very professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He turned up when he said he would, and was finished when he said he would be. All the time he was here he was polite and friendly. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs tiling work doing or a bathroom installed.

Silviu and his team did a neat and tidy job, on time and within the budget agreed. They went out of their way to help with collecting and delivering the materials needed, because of the time constraint and I really appreciate that gesture. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
