Job posted - 2 x double garage- 10 meters x 7 meters, Shed 5.5meters x 3.6 meters, Green house base 12ft x 8 ft. use of mixed pack bricks ration 5:4:2. Turned up on time, meet the timings of the job requirement, workmanship of good standard, buildings looks fantastic, flexible in design changes, communication great, supported the building process. I will be having this team come back and work for me on the re-modelling of our house. I have found my brick layers for the future.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used.
