But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

From attending to quote, giving advise, sourcing quality materials at an excellent price to turning up as agreed, working with narrow access points, freezing cold weather and me not at home to make any tea; Rich and his team were very professional and left me with a great paving and lawned garden.
