My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried. Very clean and tidy with no fuss or mess. He just worked until the job was complete. A really good service. I will definitely use again.

I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.

I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!

I have came from a plumbing background with 15 years experience i have installed wet rooms and bathrooms. Other work such as tilling, plastering , lighting to give your bathroom the wow look. No job is to small. Kitchen installations as well as flooring present no problem. Stud- work, first and second fixes, as well as door hanging and or trimming. Heating systems, power flushing, boiler supply and installation complete the package should you require it as well as decorating - just about a one stop shop- and if something is outside my remit- then I will know a man who can !
