I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Andy's workmanship is commendable. Andy is very thorough, likes to get 'Everything' right, Andy even waited to see if the appliance works! I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a reliable tradesman.

Daniel and steve did a great job dividing our bathroom into a cloakroom and shower room to suit our needs. They were reliable tidy workers, polite and punctual and we would willingly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Mircea to anyone seeking plastering services. He was quick to survey and provide a cost without being pushy. Work commenced shortly afterwards with Mircea arriving on time and working a long couple of days. Clean, tidy, reliable and an excellent standard of work. Bogdan and his brothers did an excellent job. They were always on time and kept in touch. Overall standard was very good and the "feature wall" excellent. Very tidy as well and helped advise re buying paint with a discount. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good decorator.

If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
