Quick to answer job advert and gave a good price, set a date for job to be done. Arrived on time and did a great job very happy with work done. Gave lots of advice for after care and painting once plastering was dry. My only complaint was that he put down dirty dust sheets to start with. He did a good job of cleaning up.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.
