Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

MWE Builders removed our old garage, re built a new larger block construction garage, and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. Throughout the build we were kept informed of every stage, Matt was on site every day, even through some horrible wet weather. Adam responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and sent a quote soon afterwards. He arrived to start the work when he said he would and finished on time. Left everything neat and tidy and did all the jobs I asked him to - without supervision - as I was away. I would recommend.

Did a very mediocre job, I will have to sand back part of the plastering and do some filling where the wall meets the ceiling and the wall meets the wall. Tap and basin was damaged. Left an awful mess which took me hours to clear up including pva all over the basin, bath, floor, tiles and windows. Plaster over everything including the floor in the bathroom, and kitchen where he had walked it through.

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
