initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. I am an experienced and conscientious plasterer (Apprenticeship served) please view online pics , I specialise in all aspects of plastering,which includes internal walls and ceilings, etc. I also do dry lining, rendering and general building.
There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better.
