Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. Dom came round to quote very promptly, then was able to fit in the work around our availability. He turned up a little later than he wanted in the morning as he needed to finish off a previous job but constantly kept me informed. He put in a long day to ensure he finish the job in 1 day. He prepared the area well, lots of prep to protect the carpets and his work area. Overall an extremely polite capable tradesman, a pleasure to work with.
