Horrendous, unprofessional, really poor job.. For mother-in-law with dementia 89 and her disabled son. .Told me he had a big team though sent one person, for 3 Bedrooms, no ladders , no cloths to clean. Used my step ladders left paint on them, blinds ,sockets and carpet I had to clean. Took 3 days but some walls still had staining. Cancelled numerous times excuses., 2 different paints used, he was childminding, painter on nights, hurt ankle etc . Exasperated I told him not to return such distress caused .

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

5 stars isn’t enough! • Communication: 10/10 – replied within minutes and kept us updated • Punctuality: arrived bang on time each day. Give us a very reasonable quote for the work and wasn't a penny more. • Quality: mirror-finish skimming, even on our old wonky cracked walls • Tidiness: no mess and had all the rubbish put away neatly Honestly, if you need plastering, just book him. Andrew started promptly and the work has been completed to an excellent standard, he even went above and beyond with a few extra tasks, clearing away the rubble, mess and materials that were in addition to his work from our renovation.
