James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!
