Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

During this time, I have worked on many projects ( both in the UK and abroad) which include new builds (some large developments) and extensive renovation work on older properties. Laurence’s workmanship was excellent:. The job was to skim a heavily Artexed ceiling and to feather in at the edges to avoid changing the coving and yet leave a nice edge profile visible on the coving. I waited to post a rating so that I could see the ceiling dry and apply a mist (dilute) coat of paint to the plaster. That reveals any issues. I’m pleased to say the quality is excellent -no problems at all and will be working with Laurence in the future.
