John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Alex repaired a roof leak. You can trust Alex to do the very best job at a reasonable price. Alex is warm, friendly, kind, clever & trustworthy! He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. He found a crack in the roof & a pipe pouring water into the crack. He even repaired the crack free of charge! We would hire him again, esp for his specialty-exteriors.
