S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. After this time scale, s.s Plumbuilds will not be obligated? or responsible, As this time scale is more than fair to reveal any issues. •NVQ level 1 & 2 in plumbing and heating •Unvented systems •Anglian water approved •gas certificate (currently expired) •Safety regs

Excellent service. Just started painting and haven't found a single imperfection. A much better finish than other plastering jobs we have had done. At very short notice he was able to dot & dab a wall I didn't have time to finish. Worked over the weekend to make sure the job was finished on time. Would recommend to friends and family.

Shane and his guys did a fantastic job. they were on time every day, kept me well informed as to progress and were able to bend their timescales on the job around my other contractors. they left everything neat and tidy each day and after the job was complete. Would not hesitate to use again!!

Chris and Gavin are very hardworking, experienced and knowledgeable gardeners which is demonstrated by their excellent results. We hired them to re-landscape our garden and have continued to employ them to maintain our garden on a fortnightly basis. External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. Highly recommended 5 Star
