Wonderful, would recommend. Jonathan came to quote on the Thursday and started on the Monday, we agreed a fixed rate which is my preference and despite some unexpected issues with the room he finished the job and adhered to our agreement. Will use again.

Hello, I’m Kyle, owner of Urban Houzz. We fit LVT, laminate, vinyl, carpets & lay screeds/dpms whilst also having an outdoor living department for your glass rooms, pergolas, and awnings. You’d be warmly welcomed to visit our showroom in Oakham where you’ll see the articulate craftsmanship on display with our fully LVT fitted flooring designs ranging from herringbone, chevron, heritage, wood and tile effect and bespoke border work. I'm happy to supply and install your flooring, but if you just want my expertise to install/advise on any DIY projects that's fine. I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles. If you’d prefer us to visit your residence I can bring all samples to your home and measure up followed by a quote for your project. We are a small family run business, I have over 10 years fitting experience in the flooring sector whilst being approved retailers for some of the largest carpet and LVT brands across the country. Kyle did our carpets and Karndean LVT and honestly we could not be happier. He knows his stuff; every cut and finish was spot on. What really impressed us was how much care he put into the job. I am relatively new to the plastering trade having retrained myself as a plasterer in 2018. I completed several courses and am now more than capable of boarding, patching, repairing, plastering and skimming walls/ ceilings. As I do not have the years experience of others on here, I am willing to offer my services at a lower rate until I have gained a good reputation. I promise a clean and tidy job and will deliver a top quality finish.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
