I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

An outstanding job completed today by the W2.0 team! It was a tricky task, working with different levels and laying concrete that tied them together while ensuring rainfall would be carried away correctly. Not to mention the replacement of the sewer frame and cover, ensuring they were level with the surrounding ground. All of this was achieved without any fuss or bother. AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.
