After numerous attempts and messages to Sam asking for assurance the issues I identified were fine, I have no faith at all in my new roof which cost £7000 will last even a year. I realise I am not a roofer but gutters left with rubble from tiles removed, gaps and loose wood, loose wires in solar panels is very unprofessional, some issues resolved but not all so I ask for rated homes to ensure this company is held to account. No evidence of bird guards being installed despite asking 10 times., told to stop

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
