Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.

James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
