Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
