Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
