Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
Jack carried out the work to an exceptional standard and went well beyond what was originally quoted. His workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the quality delivered. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the job properly. I’ve already asked Jack to quote for further projects and will continue to use him for all our exterior house and garden work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled tradesperson.
