Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Agreed a date for Phil to come and do the work and he never turned up. He contacted me to arrange a second date, I stupidly agreed and he didn't turn up again. No call or message to explain why. Frustrating as I moved my work around to accommodate him. Totally disrespectful and unreliable.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Tommy to install my new gas cooker. He was careful and followed all safety protocols during the installation. He arrived on time, communicated well, and answered all my questions. The cooker is now installed perfectly, and I can already see an improvement in my cooking efficiency compared to my old electric cooker. I highly recommend Tommy for gas cooker installations. Tradesman came out to give a quote. Was advised I would be contacted by a painter about the staircase, I never heard from him. Contacted tradesman again, arranged a time in advance to complete job quoted for. Tradesman didn't come back to confirm, job not done.
