He explained everything that needed doing during the service of my gas stove fire and combi boiler; he showed me parts inside the boiler which had worn and needed replacing, requoted and returned a few days later with the required parts. He works with as little disruption as possible and is meticulous about leaving the area clean afterwards. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely be keeping his number for any future work

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Terrible experience. The guttering installation was substandard—uneven, leaking badly, and incomplete. Despite a second visit, the "repairs" did not hold. Additionally, the lack of site etiquette with neighbors reporting offensive language throughout the day. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for competent or respectful tradespeople. Tried to get in touch to see if they wanted to try another repair but ignored. Wish I could upload pics...
